OUR RED WINES CABERNET FRANC

Cabernet Franc produces a black skinned grape, giving the wines less colour but more aromatic bouquet (especially red fruits and spicy notes) and a greater aptitude for ageing. It is a very airy grape variety, very delicate and not very demonstrative. It expresses itself through notes of fresh red fruit such as cherry and raspberry.

Its potential is most strongly revealed on gravelly and sandy soils such as in Pécharmant.
