Colour : pale gold, shiny.

Nose : intense aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, supported by notes of white fleshy fruits.

Palate : smooth attack, without heaviness, thanks to a contained acidity. The aromas are very expressive and of a great fineness, revealing a real basket of fruit, ending on a pleasant sensation of freshness and sweetness

Serve at : 10°C

Food and wine pairing : Asparagus and Comté cheese omelette, soufflés au Bleu, blanquette de la mer, sweetbread with cream, pork kebabs with prunes, risotto with foie gras, cheese (Saint Vé-ran, Roquefort), chouquettes, apple tarte-tatin.
