Nose : citrus and spice aromas, floral and woody scents, notes of nectarine and mirabelle plum.

Palate : supple and aromatic attack, evolving towards aromas of pink grapefruit and stone fruit to end on a beautiful combination of freshness and acidity.

Accords mets-vins : Sushi et sashimi, carpaccio de thon, beignets de crevettes, poissons grillés ou en sauce (truite à l’oseille, saumon mariné à l’aneth, coucous de la mer, cari de poisson), crustacés, huîtres ou plateaux de fruits de mer.
